Our service
TrueWasher provides on-demand laundry pickup, washing, folding, and delivery services in Ilorin, Nigeria, either through a subscription plan or à la carte per-item pricing.
Bookings & payment
Orders are booked through the TrueWasher app and paid for via our supported payment partners. Prices for subscription plans and individual items are shown in the app before you confirm an order.
Care of your items
We take reasonable care in handling your garments and household items. If an item is damaged or lost while in our care, please contact us so we can review and resolve the issue.
Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled pickup before it is collected. Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time from your account.
